Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various programming languages, testing frameworks, and tools. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications by designing and implementing robust automated testing solutions.
Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain automated test scripts for front-end applications using technologies such as Angular, NodeJS, JavaScript, and TypeScriptImplement back-end API testing using industry-standard tools and frameworks like JMeter, Selenium (WebDriver), Jasmine, and CucumberCollaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated testing into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelineDemonstrate proficiency in Python, C, or Java for back-end automation and scripting tasksUtilize expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript to develop and enhance front-end test scripts, particularly for Angular applicationsApply Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies to ensure comprehensive test coverage and efficient collaboration with cross-functional teamsWork with testing frameworks such as JMeter for performance testing, Selenium for web application testing, Jasmine for front-end unit testing, Cucumber for behavior-driven testing, and API-based frameworks for testing back-end servicesLeverage tools like Veracode and SonarQube to conduct security assessments and ensure code quality standards are metUtilize Serenity and Playwright for end-to-end testing of Angular 16 applications, focusing on maintaining high-quality and reliable test suitesMaintain familiarity with Oracle databases for ensuring the integrity and correctness of data in testing scenariosWork with AWS Code Services for efficient code deployment and collaborate with AWS infrastructure teams to streamline the CI/CD processStay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices, bringing new ideas and innovative approaches to the testing processEffectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure a shared xzbcwsv understanding of testing requirements
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 5-7 years of experience in QA AutomationProven experience as a Quality Engineer with a focus on both front-end and back-end automationStrong programming skills in Python, C, or Java, JavaScript, and TypeScriptExperience with testing frameworks such as JMeter, Selenium, Jasmine, and CucumberKnowledge of Mortgage-Based Security (MBS) preferredFamiliarity with Veracode and SonarQube for code security and quality assessmentsKnowledge of Serenity and Playwright for end-to-end testing of Angular applicationsExperience with AWS Code Services and Spring Boot is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills
