We are building a trusted ecosystem for quality refurbished smartphones and consumer technology , with a strong focus on reliability, affordability, sustainability, and customer experience.

As we continue expanding across African markets, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who understands the mobile phone and refurbished smartphone industry and can help us scale our business, partnerships, and revenue.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Africa with 5+ years of experience to drive commercial growth across:

Nigeria | Kenya | Uganda | South Africa

• Drive sales and revenue growth across the market
• Build and manage relationships with mobile industry partners, vendors, suppliers, and strategic accounts
• Identify and onboard new business and channel partners
• Develop and execute market expansion and sales strategies
• Lead and develop high-performing teams
• Own business performance and P&L
• Monitor sales, stock, returns, warranty, marketing, and financial performance
• Represent Badili with key industry stakeholders
• Work closely with retail, finance, technical, supply chain, and country teams
