Great opportunity with our client, a national engineering consulting and professional services firm, specializing in Civil Engineering, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and architecture solutions, is hiring to replace someone retiring.

We are seeking a PE (Professional Engineer) for a Senior Engineering Project Manager position.

This is onsite in Tampa, FL, open to relocation assistance.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
• Bachelor's Degree: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of MEP project management
• Strong knowledge of the MEP codes and standards
• Proficiency in project management tools, ie. Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or MS Project

This a a key role for the company, and we are looking for someone that will:

• Oversee two Engineering teams in Florida and Texas
• Lead large-scale MEP projects from concept to design, installation and closeout
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships
• Be the primary point of contact for project stakeholders: clients, architects and contractors
• Develop and maintain the project budgets, schedules and resource plans and mitigate risks
• Conduct the project reviews and progress meetings and reporting
• Drive project management processes and procedures with the team
