The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of Client Advisors, and ensuring business targets are achieved. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a team of Client Advisors assisting customers in purchasing new homes. * Ensure all leads are effectively worked upon and maintain a strong sales pipeline. * Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and team performance metrics. * Monitor and improve sales conversion rates through regular reviews and coaching.
