Job Description
Experienced Senior QS required to work on large £90m 224 bed Hotel fitout, with an extra floor being built for a roof terrace. The project is based in Monument.

The successful candidate with be a qualified QS, with 10 years working on large fitout / refurb projects. It would also be beneficial for the person to have had experience on Hotel projects.
The role will report into the Commercial Director and based on site.
The experienced candidate will be solely responsible for the day to day commercial aspects of the project which will run over 2.5 years. xrexnqw
