Salary: c. £35,000 - £42,000 | Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30

A long‑established precision engineering company in Redhill is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Welder/Fabricator to join its high‑quality production team. This role suits someone who takes pride in precision workmanship and can deliver consistently accurate results in a fast‑paced workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities Operating CNC Press Brake machines to form sheet metal components
MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
Punching and fabrication of sheet metal parts
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings with accuracy
Working to tight tolerances where quality and precision are essential
About You Confident across MIG/TIG welding and sheet metal fabrication
Experienced in CNC press brake operation
Strong understanding xrexnqw of engineering drawings and fabrication processes
Quality‑driven, reliable, and able to work independently
