BIM & AEC - Business Development Manager US Outsourcing Location: Hyderabad | Work Mode: On-Site Experience: 5–10 Years | Shift: US Business Hours Role Summary BrezQ is seeking a BIM/AEC Business Development professional to acquire US clients for BIM, VDC and Engineering Design outsourcing services delivered from India. Responsibilities Acquire new US clients across AEC firms, General Contractors, MEP Contractors, Architects and Engineering firms . Build and manage a qualified US BIM/AEC outsourcing pipeline . Engage Owners, VPs, BIM/VDC Directors, Preconstruction Directors, Project Managers and Engineering leaders . Conduct technical discovery of BIM workflows, project requirements, modeling standards and production capacity . Develop solutions and proposals for: Revit BIM Modeling Architectural BIM Structural BIM MEPF BIM Scan-to-BIM Clash Detection / Coordination Shop Drawings Construction Documentation Revit Family Creation Quantity Takeoff / Estimating Prepare commercial proposals, SOWs and project/team pricing. Lead client presentations, negotiations and contract closure. Coordinate with BIM/engineering teams for scope, effort estimation and delivery planning. Must Have 5 years of B2B business development experience in BIM, AEC, Engineering Services or Construction Technology outsourcing. Proven US client acquisition and revenue generation experience. Strong understanding of BIM/VDC workflows and AEC project delivery . Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and BIM coordination workflows . Experience selling offshore BIM / engineering services . Strong consultative selling, proposal development and negotiation skills. Understanding of LOD, BIM standards, clash coordination and construction documentation . Preferred Existing US AEC/Construction client network. Experience selling managed BIM teams / dedicated offshore delivery centers . Knowledge of Revit Architecture, Structure and MEP workflows. Experience with US construction documentation and standards. Primary KPI: New US BIM/AEC clients and recurring outsourcing revenue.
