We make branded merch people actually want to wear, use and keep. We’re looking for an experienced promotional products salesperson who can bring in new business—and own the sales process from the first conversation through Sales Order.

This is not an entry-level promo role . Promotional products industry experience is non-negotiable. You should already know the suppliers, understand pricing and margins, and know how to turn a client request into a great merch presentation.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect, network and bring in new business

• Build and manage your own book of clients

• Source creative product ideas that fit the client's brand, budget and goals

• Create client presentations and proposals

• Quote projects and manage margins

• Follow up, sell and close the business

• Create and finalize Sales Orders in CommonSku

• Hand approved orders off to our production team

• Continue building client relationships and growing repeat business

You’re Our Person If...

• You have proven promotional products industry sales experience — non negotiable

• You have experience with Commonsku or a similar CRM

• You know promo suppliers, sourcing, decoration methods, pricing and margins

• You can take a project from “we need merch” to an approved Sales Order

• You’re comfortable creating polished, creative client presentations

• You’re a self-starter who knows how to find and win new business

• You have a good eye and understand that great merch shouldn't feel like it came straight out of a promo catalog

The Deal

This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. And work fullremotely! You bring in the business. You make it look good. You get the order ready. Our production team takes it from there.
