We are currently seeking a full-time, work-from-office Faculty for Management and Revenue at IIHM-Siliguri. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about teaching and eager to build a career in education. Preference will be given to local candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead academic and research initiatives in Management, and Revenue.

• Conduct theoretical & practical classes.

• Mentor and guide students in their academic pursuits.

• Contribute to curriculum development and program enhancement.

• Play a significant role in departmental leadership and administration.

Qualifications & Essential Skills:

• Full Time MBA.

• A strong record of teaching excellence, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience teaching management subjects.

• Deep knowledge of the academic field and proficiency in contemporary practices and technologies.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to engage students, use varied teaching strategies, and adapt to different learning styles.
