Job Title: SAP HCM Time Management / CATS

Location: Montvale, NJDuration: Long-Term ContractJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Time Management and Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS) configuration, implementation, and support.The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP HCM Time Management solutions, ensuring seamless timesheet processing, approvals, and integration with Payroll, Project Systems (PS), and Controlling (CO).Key Responsibilities• Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP HCM Time Management solutions.• Configure and maintain SAP CATS profiles, timesheet data entry processes, and approval workflows.• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP HCM and CATS solutions.• Configure timesheet validations, approval processes, and time data transfer mechanisms.• Support integration of SAP CATS with Payroll, Project Systems (PS), and Controlling (CO).• Ensure accurate employee time recording, approvals, and transfer of time data across SAP modules.• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM Time Management and CATS-related issues.• Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR, Payroll, and technical teams.• Ensure compliance with business policies and regulatory requirements.Required Skills• 6–8 years of relevant SAP HCM functional experience.• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM Time Management.• Expertise in SAP CATS configuration and implementation.• Experience configuring CATS profiles, timesheet entry processes, approval workflows, and validations.• Strong understanding of SAP Time Management and Payroll integration.• Experience integrating CATS with SAP PS and CO modules.• Ability to gather business requirements and prepare functional solutions.• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills• SAP Fiori ESS/MSS timesheet applications.• SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration experience.• SAP Time Evaluation and work schedule configuration. xzbcwsv • Experience supporting end-to-end SAP implementation projects.Must-Have SkillsSAP S/4HANA HCM | SAP Time Management | SAP CATS | CATS Profile Configuration | Timesheet Approval Workflows | Payroll Integration | SAP PS/CO Integration
