Job Summary:-
We are hiring for the HP North America Voice Customer Service Process. The role involves assisting customers with service-related queries and providing technical troubleshooting support for HP systems through voice interactions.
Eligibility Criteria:-
HSC or Graduate candidates are eligible.
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience is required.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills at C1 or C2 level.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
Work Schedule:-
5 days working
2 rotational week-offs
24x7 rotational shifts

Floor Operations Round
Compensation:-
CTC / Take-home Salary : Up to ₹30,000 in hand per month, depending on the candidate's profile and experience.
