Role: Technical Lead Data Integration
Responsibilities
Architect and implement robust Oracle EPM FDMEE and Cloud Data Management solutions
Lead full-cycle delivery: requirements, design, build, testing, and implementation
Integrate multiple ERP systems with EPM Cloud for seamless financial consolidation
Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with evolving business goals
Troubleshoot complex data load and mapping issues with precision and speed
Apply best practices in scripting (Python/Jython), SQL, and ODI integrations
Ensure security, compliance, and performance across cloud and on-prem environments
Qualifications
8–12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM FDMEE/Data Management
Required Skills
Proven track record in designing multi-source, multi-target integrations
Strong understanding of financial close cycles and group consolidation principles
Exceptional communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with Smart View, FCCS/HFM/Planning, and Oracle EPM BI tools is a plus
Certifications in Oracle EPM modules are a bonus
