Our client, a leader in engineered precast concrete solutions, is looking to hire a Manufacturing Associate - Patcher for their location in Houston, TX . The associate will be responsible for patching, filling, and repairing cracks, chips, air pockets, and other surface defects using approved repair materials. Previous experience in precast concrete, concrete finishing, masonry, construction, or manufacturing is preferred for this role. The Day-to-Day: Inspect precast concrete products for cosmetic and structural imperfections. Smooth and finish repaired areas to match the surrounding concrete surface. Grind, sand, and polish concrete surfaces as needed. Apply sealers, coatings, or finishes when required. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Previous experience in precast concrete, concrete finishing, masonry, construction, or manufacturing preferred. Ability to use grinders, sanders, trowels, and other hand tools. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
