Financial Advisor Elmira, NYWe are seeking an experienced Certified Financial Planner to join our team in the greater Elmira, NY area. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to high net-worth clients, delivering comprehensive financial planning and wealth management solutions while building long-term client relationships.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary financial manager and advisor for high net-worth clients.Administer comprehensive financial management services on an ongoing basis.Prepare customized financial analyses, including cash flow analysis, statements of financial condition, insurance evaluations, retirement planning, survivorship analysis, and estate planning reviews.Prepare and review personal income tax returns and develop tax planning strategies.Provide guidance on employee benefits, stock options, real estate decisions, business and career planning, education funding, gifting strategies, insurance, and other client-specific financial needs.Develop and implement financial plans aligned with clients’ goals and objectives.Counsel clients regarding financial objectives, portfolio structure, and investment performance.Participate in business development initiatives, including prospect identification, relationship management, and client acquisition activities.Conduct meetings with prospective clients to communicate the firm’s value proposition and support growth objectives.QualificationsCertified Financial Planner designation required.Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.4+ years of experience working as a Certified Financial Planner/Financial Advisor/ Wealth Advisor.Experience serving as the primary advisor for clients.Demonstrated business development experience and ability to grow a book of business.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proven self-starter with strong motivation and initiative. xzbcwsv Passion for delivering exceptional client service.
