Job Description – PtP Account Analyst Job description Process accounts payable transactions (invoices, credit notes) Match supplier invoices with purchase orders, goods receipt note and resolve discrepancies Post invoices into accounting system on a daily and timely basis while ensuring invoices are coded to the correct GL accounts and cost centres. Purchase return/rejection credit notes accounting and recovery Prepare data and documents for payment processing Support month-end activities for JO posting and preparing schedules and reports related to payables. Prepare vendor ageing and tracking of debit balances Verify transactions for withholding tax treatment Analyse vendor accounts, solve negative balances Reconcile vendor statements Performance according to KPI and company policy.
