The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the air export segment by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and strengthening market presence. This position must be based in Mumbai and from the logistics industry.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the air export segment by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and strengthening market presence.
Responsibilities
- Handle sales inquiries.
- Coordinate with operations and pricing teams for smooth execution of shipments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and freight rates.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BMS preferred)
- MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Logistics – preferred
Required Skills
- Experience in freight forwarding / logistics sales (Air Exports preferred)
- Strong understanding of air export processes and pricing
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Target-driven with strong commercial acumen
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
