Java eTrading Developer

Role:Design, develop, and optimize high-performance, multi-threaded backend applicationsMaintain and improve platform stability, scalability, and low-latency messaging capabilitiesWork closely with business users to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutionsProvide support for production activities and ensure the reliability of the trading platformContribute to system architecture, technical design, and continuous platform improvementsParticipate in code reviews and promote best practices across the development team
Tech Stack:Core Java (modern versions), multithreading, performance optimizationExposure to C++ or other performance-oriented languagesClient-side technologies such as C# or similarMessaging and communication protocols, including TCP-based systemsNice to have: experience with electronic trading platforms or vendor xzbcwsv solutions
Profile:5+ years of experience in backend Java development within complex enterprise environmentsStrong expertise in multi-threaded and low-latency systemsPrevious exposure to electronic trading or real-time financial systemsGood understanding of fixed income or similar capital markets workflowsAbility to collaborate with Front Office users and work in a demanding, time-sensitive environment
