Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce AI capabilities, and custom Salesforce development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and integrate AI features using Einstein Copilot, Einstein GPT, Prediction Builder, and Recommendation Builder.
• Apply prompt engineering to optimize AI outputs within Salesforce workflows.
• Integrate external AI/LLM services such as OpenAI and Anthropic through REST APIs.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Platform Events.
• Develop Apex triggers, batch jobs, queueable classes, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects on technical designs and data models.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and Salesforce development standards.
• Support data migration, environment management, and CI/CD using tools such as Copado, SFDX, and Git.
