Job Description
Key Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for students throughout their learning journey. 2. Coordinate with students, mentors, instructors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery. 3. Handle and resolve student escalations by identifying root causes and driving timely resolutions. 4. Monitor the student journey, identify experience gaps, and implement improvements to enhance engagement and satisfaction. 5. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the learning programs and maintain operational excellence. 6. Track student progress and proactively intervene when learners require additional support. 7. Collaborate with the product, curriculum, and operations teams to provide actionable feedback for improving the learning platform and program experience
