Processing Manager

Allied Reliability is seeking a Processing Manager for metals manufacturing operations focused on producing high-quality zinc products.

Key AccountabilitiesAdhere to all MSHA regulatory and company standardsMust have a Safety-First mindset; leading the way to safe work environment.Promote and assist in maintaining a positive work cultureDemonstrate strong leadership qualitiesPlan and direct daily operations including maintenance in collaboration with the Maintenance Superintendent and Operations SuperintendentEnsure cost effective metal recovery from available oreProvide detailed reports on variances and quality issuesCoordinate asset management planning, shutdowns and preventative maintenanceBudget all projects and monitor costs during implementationMaintain cost control and mill budgetCoordinate performance management and reviewsInterview, train and supervise personnel
xzbcwsv Requirements / QualificationsMinimum 5 years experience in mill operations / maintenanceSurface foreman certificationExperience with Microsoft Office
PreferredDegree in Mining/ Metallurgical or Chemical EngineeringSAP Experience
