SAP HCM Time Management Lead – Remote Contract
Job Type: Contract | Location: 100% Remote
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Time Management Lead to provide technical leadership, solution guidance, and team management for SAP HCM Time Management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an SME for SAP HCM Time Management and provide technical guidance.
- Lead and coordinate teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Design and implement scalable, high-quality SAP solutions.
- Establish development standards, best practices, and quality processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on key decisions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct code/design reviews and ensure quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous process improvements.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM Time Management .
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management processes and configuration.
- Experience leading SAP teams and managing project delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills.
- Good understanding of development standards, QA, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
