TOD'S Group Americas is currently looking for a Staff Accountant to join the finance team.This role Reports to the Senior Accountant and is responsible for accounting functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bookkeeping (AR/AP invoices, accruals, general accounting entries)Support to the preparation of the monthly and yearly financial statement.Examine financial records and ensure that financial accounts are accurate.Identify potential areas of opportunity, riskand provide solutions.Collaborates with internal departments to reconcile any accounting discrepancies.Works with the Finance team to assist for periodic audits (internal and external).Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.Reviews and reconciles all bank reconciliations and support for the intercompany reconciliation process.Support to the preparation and implementation of new accounting and finance proceduresSupport on Tax compliance activities.
