Position OverviewWe are hiring a strong, execution-focused Human Resources Manager to take full ownership of HR operations.
This is not a purely administrative HR role. We need someone who is operationally driven, highly disciplined, and comfortable enforcing policies on the warehouse floor.
You must be able to handle pressure, manage frontline workforce issues in real time, and hold employees accountable.
ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of day-to-day HR operations in a high-volume warehouse environmentEnforce company policies, attendance rules, and workplace discipline consistently and without hesitationAct as the on-site authority for employee relations, including investigations, write-ups, and terminationsManage high-turnover, hourly workforce, including direct hires and staffing agency workersEnsure strict compliance with I-9, onboarding documentation, and labor regulationsWork closely with operations leadership to control attendance, reduce absenteeism, and improve workforce reliabilityHandle conflict resolution on the floor, including real-time intervention when issues ariseMaintain accurate HR records and ensure all employee files are audit-readyCoordinate with staffing agencies to ensure labor quality, discipline, and accountabilitySupport payroll, time tracking, and benefits coordinationDrive a no-excuses, performance-driven culture aligned with operational goals
Experience & Skills5+ years of HR experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments (REQUIRED)Fluent in English and Spanish (REQUIRED) – must be able to communicate directly with frontline workersStrong knowledge of U.S. labor law, I-9 compliance, and employee documentation requirementsProven experience managing attendance issues, disciplinary actions, and terminationsComfortable working on the warehouse floor daily, not just in the officeAbility to push back, make tough decisions, and handle xzbcwsv confrontational situations professionallyExperience working with staffing agencies / temporary labor models strongly preferredHighly organized, detail-oriented, and responsivePayroll Regulations, Employee Laws, Workers Comp, Child Support, lawsuits experience
