About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Customer Support Process. The role involves assisting global customers by resolving their queries and concerns through Voice, Chat, and Email while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and complaints from global customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers in both written and spoken English.
• Provide excellent customer support through Phone, Email, and Chat channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide timely, accurate, and effective resolutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
• Use the appropriate tools and resources to provide accurate information.
• Resolve customer complaints within defined timelines and ensure complete follow-up until closure.
• Adhere to company policies, communication standards, and quality guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible to apply.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in Customer Support is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer handling, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.
