We're looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our growing team as Sales Officers and play a key role in helping students achieve their educational aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with colleges and educational institutions. Generate student leads through campus visits, helpdesks, and awareness activities. Counsel students and parents on education loan solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to loan disbursement. Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives. Ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining strong relationships with partner institutions.

Who We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0–3 years of experience in Sales, BFSI, Education, Ed Tech, or Relationship Management. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a target-driven, field sales environment. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence. Willing to travel extensively across Greater Noida and nearby areas.
