ONEDIGITAL focuses on elevating brand visibility and identity within architecture, design, luxury lifestyle, and home décor segments through strategic communication and visually driven campaigns. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in North Goa. The position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, and luxury brands, as well as generating qualified leads through research, outreach, and networking. The Business Development Executive will conduct client meetings, present agency services and proposals, and manage follow-ups to convert prospects into long-term accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal marketing, PR, and design teams to align client expectations, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and supporting account growth through upselling and cross-selling relevant services. The role also requires attending industry events, building strategic partnerships, and contributing to business development plans and sales targets. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to identify prospects and convert them into clients. Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, understand commercial objectives, and support long-term engagement. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and professional client interaction. Relevant experience in marketing agencies, advertising, PR, or digital marketing, ideally within architecture, interior design, or luxury brand segments, is highly beneficial. Strong networking capabilities, negotiation skills, and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools are preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work on-site in North Goa, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet defined sales targets and deadlines.
