Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete sales operations of the dealership.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Build, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
• Monitor dealership KPIs, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, customers, and channel partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and dealership standards.

• 3–5 years of experience in Automobile Sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Dealership experience is mandatory.
