Experience: 4-7 years of hands-on Scan-to-BIM modeling/Revit MEP

What you'll do:

Model building elements from registered point cloud data to LOD 300-400 within your discipline.

Act as sub-team lead for a small group of mid/junior modelers - review their work before QC submission.

Ensure models meet accuracy tolerances against the point cloud and follow project standards/parameters.

Support clash resolution and coordination with other disciplines.

Flag point cloud data quality issues to the CDE Coordinator.

What we're looking for:

Diploma/Bachelor's in a relevant engineering/architecture field.

4+ years of Revit modeling experience, including Scan-to-BIM from registered point clouds.

Strong understanding of LOD 300-400 deliverable requirements.

Ability to review and guide the work of junior modelers.

Software: Revit, Recap Pro, Navisworks, AutoCad.
