Acting as a trusted deliverability advisor, the full-time Email Deliverability Specialist will diagnose sending issues, advise on best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance email deliverability for customers in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Handle complex deliverability cases and lead customer calls to ensure full resolution Audit sender setups, monitor reputation, and diagnose issues using authentication and provider tools Equip Customer Success Managers and Technical Support with knowledge through coaching and documentation Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in email deliverability at a mid-size or large ESP, B2B SaaS company, or marketing automation platform Deep understanding of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI) and infrastructure (SMTP, MTAs, DNS) Proficiency with provider data feeds and third-party deliverability monitoring tools Working knowledge of email compliance and acceptable use standards Experience building or improving processes, documentation, or training for support or deliverability teams
