Vice President - Fund Raising

The incumbent will lead end-to-end fundraising transactions across equity, structured capital, private equity, venture capital, debt syndication, and strategic investments. The role requires strong relationships with promoters, family offices, private equity funds, venture capital investors, sovereign funds, banks, NBFCs, and institutional investors. The candidate will be responsible for business origination, transaction execution, investor engagement, and managing senior client relationships while driving revenue growth for the firm.
