Retail Sales Store Executive

Location: Hyderabad

SILAII is opening its new premium retail store in Hyderabad, and we are looking for confident, warm, and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our growing retail team. SILAII is India's leading premium sculpture and home décor brand, known for finely crafted sculptures, meaningful souvenirs, and artistic gifting products. With successful stores in Chennai and Coimbatore, we are now bringing the SILAII retail experience to Hyderabad.

Employment Type: Full-time

Languages Required: Hindi and English are mandatory. Telugu is an added advantage.

Experience Required: Minimum 1+ years of experience in customer-facing retail, sales, or customer service roles. (Freshers can also apply)

Compensation:

Annual CTC: ₹1.8 Lakhs to ₹3.6 Lakhs, based on experience and interview performance.

Attractive incentives will be provided based on store targets.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service and provide personalized product recommendations. Take ownership of daily sales targets and conversion goals. Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business. Guide junior sales executives on customer handling and product presentation. Demonstrate product features, gifting ideas, and décor applications. Maintain accurate billing and transaction records. Monitor product availability and coordinate stock replenishment. Assist in visual merchandising and display management. Support promotional campaigns and special store events. Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements. Ensure store cleanliness and maintain premium presentation standards. Contribute ideas to improve sales and customer engagement.

Education & Skills

Bachelor's degree or diploma preferred, but not mandatory. Basic computer knowledge is required. Experience in jewellery, fashion, décor, lifestyle, gifting, or premium retail brands will be preferred.
