RequirementsMUST HAVE - 2+ years of litigation experienceMember of the Colorado Bar and in good standingFirst Party Property Damage experience is a plusExperience managing litigation matters from inception through resolutionAbility to draft pleadings, motions, discovery and other legal documentsExperience taking and defending depositionsStrong legal research and analytical skillsAbility to negotiate settlements and participate in mediation and arbitrationStrong client communication skills
