Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager with a strong background in video editing and modern content creation tools. You will own our social media presence, creating visually stunning videos and graphics that drive engagement for global furniture and home decor brands. If you mix traditional editing skills with AI-powered workflows, we want you on our team. 1

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and scale social media channels for international furniture clients.
• Conceptualise, script, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content.
• Design engaging static graphics, carousels, and stories for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up video production, captioning, and content generation.
• Monitor social media analytics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion rates. 1, 2

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in Canva & AI Video Editing Tools
• Design Expertise: Strong command over Adobe Photoshop and Canva for graphic creation.
• AI Tools: Familiarity with AI editing tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, CapCut AI, ChatGPT, or Descript).
• Industry Focus: A keen eye for aesthetics, interior design, and home decor trends is a huge plus.
• Location: Must be willing to work on-site at our Mumbai office. 1
