Video Producer

Company - HT Digital Streams Role - Video Editor/Producer Location - Delhi Work Mode - Hybrid Experience - 1-5 years Key responsibilities: Edit short-form Videos/Reels, YouTube shorts, and other social-first video content Support video production, including shoot planning, coordination and execution Work closely with the content and social media teams to bring creative ideas to life Handle basic shooting and production requirements when required Add graphics, transitions, captions, music and other elements to videos Create basic social media creatives, thumbnails, banners and other graphic assets Repurpose existing/long-form content into engaging short-form formats Ensure quick turnaround while maintaining quality and brand consistency Ideal skills: Strong video editing skills with proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar tools Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social-first video formats Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, visual composition and current content trends Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator Basic production and shooting knowledge Ability to independently take a project from brief to final output Prior experience in a digital media/content environment would be preferred
