Senior Principal Interior Designer

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong> </p><p>• Handle allocated Luxe customers independently and drive design-to-order conversion. </p><p>• Conduct detailed client consultations to understand lifestyle needs, spatial constraints, budgets, and luxury aspirations. </p><p>• Create design layouts, 3D views, and material selections that balance aesthetics, cost, and execution feasibility. </p><p>• Own multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely design sign-offs. </p><p>• Present designs persuasively to customers and close design iterations efficiently. </p><p>• Work within HomeLane systems, modules, and pricing frameworks. </p><p>• Coordinate with project managers and execution teams for accurate design handover. </p><p>• Proactively upsell premium finishes, accessories, and modular enhancements. </p><p>• Ensure zero-defect designs by following HomeLane technical and quality guidelines. </p><p><strong>Key Skills &amp; Capabilities </strong> </p><p>• Strong hands-on designing capability with a luxury residential sensibility. </p><p>• Customer-facing confidence and solution-oriented mindset. </p><p>• Ability to work with constraints of cost, timelines, and standard modules. </p><p>• High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or equivalent tools. </p><p>• Detail-oriented with strong ownership of outcomes. </p><p><strong>Experience &amp; Qualifications </strong> </p><p>• 6–14+ years of experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial interiors. </p><p>• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture; postgraduate qualification preferred. </p><p>• Proven experience handling marquee or ultra-premium projects. </p>
