Guide to Heights is a certified study abroad consultancy helping students reach top universities in Australia, the UK, New Zealand, Canada, Germany, and Dubai. We are looking for a strong, well-experienced Admissions Manager who knows the complete admission process from start to finish.

This is a full-time office role for someone who can guide a student from the first enquiry all the way to a successful visa and can close admissions confidently.

What You'll Do

• Counsel students and parents on the right course, university, and country
• Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions
• File applications correctly and get offer letters from universities
• Guide students through fee payment at every stage
• Handle the full visa process and make sure documents meet all requirements
• Follow up with students and universities until enrollment is complete
• Keep CRM records clean and up to date
• Work closely with the counseling, marketing, and documentation teams

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in overseas education / study abroad admissions
• Complete knowledge of the full cycle: admission filing, conversion, fee payment, and visa processing
• Strong understanding of Australia, UK, and New Zealand admission and visa requirements
• A proven closer who can turn leads into enrollments
• Excellent communication skills with students and parents
• Ability to manage many applications at once without missing deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in any field (a background in education or counseling is a plus)
