Customer Success Associate – US Accounts | GACS | Remote (India)

We're growing the India team at GACS — and we're on the lookout for someone who genuinely loves being on the phone, building real relationships with business owners in the US, and nerds out (at least a little) over marketing performance. If that sounds like you, keep reading.

What you'll actually be doing

• Jump on live calls with US customers — onboarding sessions, health checks, performance reviews. You're their go-to person.
• Turn marketing numbers into plain English — leads, clicks, conversions, ROI. No jargon walls allowed.
• Handle churn risks and sticky situations with calm, confidence, and a solution mindset.
• Collaborate with CS, Ad Ops, and Analytics teams — because great outcomes are a team sport.
• Build lasting relationships where clients actually look forward to your calls.

You'll fit right in if you...

• Speak English with confidence and clarity — especially on voice calls with US business owners.
• Bring 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or voice-based international roles.
• Are totally comfortable working US EST hours (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST). Night owls, this one's for you.
• Take ownership naturally — you don't wait to be told, you just make things happen.
• Genuinely care about the people you work with — empathy isn't a buzzword for you, it's just how you operate.
