Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualification At least 16 years education in any discipline from HEC recognized university along with NEBOSH Certification being mandatory. Master's in Health & Safety an added advantage.

Prescribed Experience & Eligibility Criteria Minimum 02 years post-qualification relevant experience in Health and Fire Safety. 01 year security experience an added advantage.

Job Description & Position Overview

The Security & Safety Directorate, TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company), functioning under the purview of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, officially invites applications from qualified, energetic, and experienced individuals holding Open Merit (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa / All Pakistan) for recruitment to the post of SECURITY & SAFETY EXECUTIVE - TRANSPESHAWAR on a Regular Corporate Contract (Section 42 Companies Act 2017) basis under advertisement reference TP-CAREERS-2026/10.

The appointed professional will be assigned to Occupational Health, Mass Transit Safety, Emergency Evacuation & Physical Security, actively managing daily operational workflows, equipment and software systems, compliance standards, and administrative records. • Operational Leadership: Steer daily execution of nebosh health & safety protocols, brt station security, fire hazard drills & incident management adhering to institutional performance benchmarks.
• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor operational workflows, safety parameters, and financial controls under corporate and statutory rules.
• Inter-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate with operations control centers, external contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Performance Auditing & Reporting: Compile detailed progress analytics, compliance audits, and key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards.
• Risk Mitigation & Continuous Improvement: Formulate proactive corrective action plans to optimize transit system performance.
• Core Domain Mastery: Advanced theoretical and practical command of nebosh health & safety protocols, brt station security, fire hazard drills & incident management.
• Mass Transit & Corporate Governance: In-depth understanding of corporate bylaws, urban mobility systems, and statutory laws.
• Contract & Performance Management: High capability in KPI verification, penalty computation, and vendor SLA management.
• Analytical Problem Solving: Proficient in quantitative data analysis, financial models, and system troubleshooting.
• Communication & Official Drafting: Exceptional proficiency in preparing executive board briefs, technical reports, and audit responses.
