Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Description : Responsibility: The selected candidate will be part of the Factory Engineering team for dry type transformer design. Lead and manage a team of electrical design engineers; prior team management experience is mandatory. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure quality and timely delivery of designs. Responsible for preparation and approval of electrical designs for submission to customers as per project schedules. Ensure generation of manufacturing drawings, purchase drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM) in line with factory limitations, guidelines, and checklists. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, SCM) to resolve issues and establish standard guidelines. Drive alignment with HUB and global teams for special requirements and n
