Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Oracle FLEXCUBE / FCUBS Consultants with strong expertise in Core Banking and preferably Islamic Banking solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE modules and be capable of working across implementation, customization, configuration, integration, testing, and production support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on Oracle FLEXCUBE / FCUBS implementation, customization, configuration, and support projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into FLEXCUBE functional/technical solutions.
• Work closely with business teams, functional consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
• Configure and customize FLEXCUBE modules based on client requirements.
• Participate in end-to-end Core Banking implementation and transformation projects.
• Support integration of FLEXCUBE with third-party and surrounding banking applications.
• Perform troubleshooting, issue analysis, defect resolution, and production support.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Prepare technical/functional documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Travel to client locations, including international locations, when required.

Required Technical / Functional Skills:

Candidates should have strong experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE / FCUBS and expertise in one or more of the following modules:

• CASA – Current Account / Savings Account
• OBCL – Oracle Banking Corporate Lending
• ELCM – Enterprise Limits and Collateral Management
• OBPM – Oracle Banking Payments
• OBTR – Oracle Banking Treasury
• OBBRN – Oracle Banking Branch
• OBMA – Oracle Banking Microservices Architecture
• OBVAM – Oracle Banking Virtual Account Management
• OBDX – Oracle Banking Digital Experience
• OBTF – Oracle Banking Trade Finance
• OBTFPM – Oracle Banking Trade Finance Process Management
• Core Banking Expertise:
• Strong understanding of Core Banking concepts and banking operations.
• Experience in areas such as accounts, deposits, lending, payments, trade finance, limits, collateral, and branch banking will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of banking workflows, products, transactions, and integrations.
• Experience working with Oracle FLEXCUBE/FCUBS architecture and related Oracle Banking products.

Islamic Banking – Preferred:

• Experience working on Islamic Banking / Sharia-compliant banking solutions is highly preferred.
• Understanding of Islamic banking products, processes, and concepts.
• Exposure to Islamic banking implementation or customization projects will be an added advantage.
• International / Client-Facing Experience:
• Experience in international or onsite Core Banking implementations will be an advantage.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work from client locations, including overseas assignments, based on project requirements.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE / FCUBS.
• Strong hands-on experience in at least one or more of the listed Oracle Banking modules.
• Experience in implementation, customization, support, or upgrade projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidates with experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE/FCUBS + Core Banking + Islamic
• Banking, particularly those who have worked on international banking
• implementations and client-facing projects, will be strongly preferred.
