JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- They are responsible for the following duties and responsibilities: Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and social media Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions and attention Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and contributing to the development of customer service policies and procedures Ensuring customer satisfaction & providing professional customer support Requirements: Graduate or Under-graduate Strong communication and presentation skills Fluent in English Rotational shifts, rotational off Knowledge on MS word, excel
