About the Role

We are looking for a Design Lead who can build and own a cohesive visual identity across every customer touchpoint. This role goes beyond designing individual assets-you will create and scale a complete design system that brings consistency across products, packaging, digital experiences, retail, and marketing.

You will lead a team of designers and illustrators while remaining hands-on in concept creation, ensuring every visual element reflects a strong and consistent brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the overall visual identity across all customer-facing touchpoints.
• Lead the design of packaging, product graphics, print collateral, and retail branding.
• Develop and maintain illustration styles, character concepts, and visual storytelling.
• Design digital assets including website pages, product detail pages (PDPs), campaign landing pages, and marketplace creatives.
• Create marketing creatives for social media, performance campaigns, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and gifting.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, brand guidelines, templates, and creative libraries.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers and illustrators, providing creative direction and constructive feedback.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Merchandising, and Leadership teams to deliver impactful design solutions.
• Ensure designs are production-ready, considering print specifications, packaging requirements, and digital best practices.
• Stay updated on design, illustration, color, typography, packaging, and consumer trends.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in Visual Design, Brand Design, Graphic Design, or Creative Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, digital design, and illustration.
• Experience creating and maintaining end-to-end visual design systems.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Knowledge of print production, packaging artwork, die-lines, and print processes.
• Experience leading or mentoring designers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and customer experience.
