Location: Kashipur, Uttarakhand

Work Mode: 6 Days Work From Office

Qualification: B.Tech / Bachelor’s in IT or related field

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Lead to ensure the smooth functioning of enterprise IT applications in a paper manufacturing environment.

The role will focus on SAP/Application Support, issue resolution, system maintenance, AI/data analysis, change & release management, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 support for SAP modules and other enterprise applications

Troubleshoot and resolve user issues while minimizing application downtime

Escalate complex issues to development teams or external vendors

Support data preparation and AI-driven modeling initiatives

Analyze data to generate actionable insights for automation and decision-making

Monitor application performance, stability, and reliability

Manage routine maintenance, updates, patches, and backups

Conduct user training and maintain user manuals and knowledge-base documentation

Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployment, and rollout

Coordinate with business and technical teams for effective change management

Translate business requirements into technical specifications

Identify opportunities for application and process improvements

Ideal Candidate

✔️ B.Tech / Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field

✔️ Ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and external vendors
