Operations Associate, Cash Equities

ResponsibilitiesSupport post-trade activity from transaction entry through final settlementReview transaction details and resolve processing, booking, allocation, and settlement discrepanciesPerform daily reconciliations of trades, positions, and cash across internal and external recordsCoordinate with internal teams and third-party service providers to facilitate accurate and timely transaction processingMonitor pending activity and address failed, delayed, or partially completed transactionsAssist with security-related events that affect open positions or cash activityIdentify and escalate operational issues that may affect investment activity or reportingMaintain accurate records and reporting for transaction activity, exceptions, and outstanding itemsPartner with business and technology teams to strengthen workflows, controls, and data qualitySupport new products, counterparties, and operational initiatives as neededIdentify opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve scalabilityEnsure adherence to internal policies, established procedures, and applicable industry requirements
Qualifications xzbcwsv Bachelor’s degree required3–8+ years of experience in investment operations, trade support, transaction processing, or a related financial-services functionUnderstanding of transaction lifecycles and post-trade processesExperience with trade processing, reconciliations, settlements, and exception resolutionFamiliarity with financial-market participants and third-party service providers
