Ashton Recruitment is recruiting Traffic Management Operatives for our client based in Castlereagh, Belfast, with work taking place across Northern Ireland.

Traffic Management Operatives
- Belfast £12.71 per hour | Full training provided | Temporary to Permanent This is an active, hands-on role suited to someone with experience in labouring, warehousing or manual handling.

Previous traffic management experience is desirable, but full training is provided, with a dedicated buddy to support you throughout your training.

Location: Castlereagh, Belfast
- working across Northern Ireland Pay: £12.71 per hour Hours: Typically 8:00am-4:00pm, although hours may vary Contract: Temporary to Permanent Your duties will include: Setting up traffic management systems, including contraflows, narrow lanes and temporary traffic lights.

Installing and operating traffic management equipment.

Monitoring and controlling traffic during roadworks.

Working closely with colleagues to carry out tasks safely and efficiently.

Communicating professionally with members of the public.

What we're looking for: A valid UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.

Experience in labouring, warehousing or manual handling.

Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

A reliable approach, good timekeeping and the ability to work as part of a team.

Flexibility around working hours and locations.

Desirable: A valid CSR card.

Previous traffic management experience.
