As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle incoming calls in a fast-paced, remote environment—helping customers, answering questions, and making a real impact.
Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional support
Meet performance goals while maintaining quality service
6+ months in a call-center experience
1+ year of customer service experience
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
Experience in a virtual desktop environment
Distraction-free remote workspace
High school diploma or GED
1–2 years of health insurance experience
Knowledge of medical/dental terminology or claims processing
Participate in virtual interviews using a computer with a working camera
