Foreman- Special Projects

Summary: Responsible for leading field operations to support CINFAB as the preferred contractor, fabricator, and service provider. Ensures safe execution, high productivity, strong customer relationships, and development of field personnel while driving quality and profitable outcomes. Essential Functions including the following but not limited to the below. Lead by Example: Run Daily Huddle meetings before work starts, complete with daily/weekly goals, safety awareness (JSA's), and open discussion to answer any questions or concerns. Participate in the Friday morning Shop Schedule meeting. Attend Foremen Meetings every other month. Send in 3-week manpower look ahead to supervisor every Monday before noon. Daily construction reports, including pictures identifying delays in ACC. Keep a run
