Job DescriptionSupervise and lead a team of 4 non-union Maintenance Technicians on 2ndServe as a hands-on, floor-driven leader who drives preventive and predictive maintenance programsEnsure accountability for PM completion and uphold equipment reliability standards across the facilityTroubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues including PLC programming, robotics, and heavy mechanical systems xzbcwsv Mentor, coach, train, and develop team members to enhance technical skills and professional growth
Key RequirementsBS Degree in Engineering preferred or 10+ years of progressive experience
