About the Role

We're looking for a commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to manager our Author Acquisition & Publishing Services business . You'll own the growth engine of the business—driving revenue, leading high-performing sales teams, shaping strategy, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

•⁠ ⁠Own the revenue and growth of the Author Acquisition business.

•⁠ ⁠Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.

•⁠ ⁠Drive consultative sales of premium publishing and author services.

•⁠ ⁠Improve conversion rates, average deal value, and overall sales productivity.

•⁠ ⁠Build a culture of accountability, performance, and customer-first thinking.

•⁠ ⁠Use data and insights to optimize the sales funnel, forecasting, and business performance.

•⁠ ⁠Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless author experience.

•⁠ ⁠Hire, develop, and retain top sales talent.

What We're Looking For

•⁠ ⁠5–8 years of experience as sales manager with a track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.

•⁠ ⁠Experience managing consultative sales teams in publishing, media, education, SaaS, creator economy, premium services, or similar industries.

•⁠ ⁠Proven ability to manage high-value sales cycles and build scalable sales processes.

•⁠ ⁠Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

•⁠ ⁠Exceptional leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
