Experience - 3+ Years
Mandatory Skills
At least 2 years of experience working on the Service Now platform Experience with ITSM, Employee Center & HRSD. Possesses a strong understanding of the Service Now platform, its core functionality, and best practices formaintaining the platform.
• Experienced updating content for the Employee Service Delivery portal, such as banners, widgets, and
topic pages.
